The Benevolent Society is constantly searching for new solutions to social issues, generating and staying up-to-date with the latest evidence and raising awareness on issues of importance.
- We influence social policy by mobilising the community around social issues, working together to bring about positive change.
- Conducting research helps us to grow our knowledge about social issues and find better solutions for clients and communities. We do this by researching the issues faced by the people and communities we work with, and the context we work within, and by reflecting on ourselves as an organisation.
- Evaluation helps us to establish whether the services we are delivering are making a positive difference to people’s lives and are helping to create caring and inclusive communities.
