How can men and women come together to create a new way of thinking about leadership?
... to imagine a new reality which neither can create alone?
Social Leadership Australia believes there is currently an opportunity and an appetite to co-create a different way of thinking about how men and women exercise leadership and power.
Over these two days we begin an exploratory process to engage with the questions in the first stage of what we hope will be a new long new term project for us.
Twenty good men and women have accepted the invitation to come together to explore the questions in depth, develop an understanding of the dynamics and play and generate some insights into how men and women might make change in their own 'systems'.
